key qualification:
1. bachelor of engineering with civil or construction major is an asset.

the scope of this post is to work closely with sales and marketing teams for preparing and executing the mkt plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. in addition of:-
1- perform a variety of duties related to the development, coordination and implementation of marketing media strategies.
2- to scan the market (assigned territory) for identifying and developing waterproofing products clients.
3- to respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate waterproofing products which meets the clients’ technical requirements.
4- provide technical expertise in marketing communications.
5- markets products & projects by developing and implementing marketing & advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; planning meeting and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports
6- to follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company.
7- liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues
8- arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
9- organizing and attending events and exhibitions
qualifications:
- civil, construction, or architecture engineering degree is an asset.
- certificate in marketing and or sales is a plus.
experience :
1- 3 yrs of hands on experience
other skills :
- principles, practices & applications of public relations, media relations and marketing
- computer technology & software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet, & relational databases and their use
- computer report writing methods in extracting and analyzing data - basic accounting principles.
- expert knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, distribution
- proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers
