job description:
we are looking for a young (40 years and over) and enthusiastic engineering degree holder in instrumentation with related experience in the medical industry. the candidate should posses at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory position, a significant part of which must be in the industry.
key responsibilities will include:
1. oversees the completion and documentation of maintenance work orders by staff; guides and assists staff as necessary with complex tasks, and performs quality inspections of work as appropriate.
2. supervises personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
3. monitors and coordinates maintenance and repair of all medical equipments and repair tasks as appropriate.
4. ensures adequate stocks and serviceability of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment; purchases materials, supplies, and/or equipment as appropriate.
5. prepares and maintains records on all maintenance activities.
6. ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
7. he must have the following qualification:
• very high iq
• leadership skills
• troubleshooter ( excellent problem solver)
• english is a must
• strong personality
• communication and correspondence skills.
• computer skills & internet navigation.
• has the ability to guide his team.
• has got a training or experience from a leading brand manufacturer.
8. it is preferable to have experience in the following equipment:
• mortuary, sterilization, ventilators, laboratory, physiotherapy
• preferably experience in hospitals, specialized training certificate in respective machines

maintenance manager; hydrolic :
- overseeing and performing maintenance on the factory’s heavy equipments and hydrolic machines.
- perform highly diversified duties to maintain heavy equipments and the plant facility’s equipment.
- perform scheduled maintenance repairs of heavy equipments during machine service.
- perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of the factory’s heavy equipments.
- diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- perform regular preventive maintenance on heavy heavy equipments and plant facilities.
- monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
qualifications : mechanical engineering degree and a min. of 5 yrs heavy experience in heavy equipments maintenance is essenial
education major : mechanical engineering
experience : 6 - 9 years.
other skills : - ability to analyze and problem solve. - ability to work under pressure - time management skills
salary (l.e.): up tp 6k net
semi annual bouns: 0-6 months

• perform routine preventive machines maintenance to the below machines :
brother machine , sewing machine , pressing ,plaff , boilers and cutting machines .
• directing and supervising the maintenance team.
• inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
• responsible for the electricity unit and electronics unit
• diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions.
•record maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work.
job requirments :
3-5 years of experience as a maintenance manager at garments companies,
very good knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
very good command of english , problem solving and critical thinking skills .
