we require a retail & customer marketing manager for the lsu marketing team. this manager will be responsible for full leverage of theme based marketing for different channels, all customer marketing and traditional retail marketing deliverables. specifically, this role will include responsibility for: • delivery and implementation of point of sale materials for key retailers, including management of the tco, pos and dummies budgets, • integrated execution of all customer marketing promotions and trade-wide retail promotions with key distributors and/or operators, including instore promotions, radio promotion, posm, press and other support. • ensuring that our gtm programme is executed consistently into retail • theme based visual merchandizing/branding • solution retail store execution • trade marketing events • deployment of above-the-line media activity, primarily across tv and outdoor, to support key campaigns.
requirements:

gtm program leadership • lead gtm solution programs and support/coach lsus on target setting, scoping and reviews. • actively drive solution gtm program wow through su and lsus to key mode of working for solutions. • partners with su activation, opm and services marketing as well as x-functional teams to ensure su deliverables on the theme program. is responsible for su and lsu program kickoff. • partners with lsu program leaders to ensure lsu delivers quality gtm planning milestones and day zero readiness. • tracks gtm deliverables before and after day zero, flags issues and drives resolution of obstacles. • post-day zero, owns the business tracking on the program alongside lsus. ensures full visibility of performance vs targets ongoing. intervenes to address gaps. is accountable for business deliverables vs targets set at gtm3.
