production manager needed with an experience not less than 5 years in wires, cables, harnesses or injection manufacturing. duties required are:
1- management of three manufacturing factories; cables, harnesses and injection.
2- follows-up of the production plan in the three factories.
3- capable to work under tough circumstances.
4- good communication skill with the staff members and the labors.
5- follows-up the productivity rates and keep close to the standards.
6- controls the scrap produced out during the production.
7- controls the quality of the product and ensures to be up to the standrads.
8- should always be in contact with the technical staff to control and manage the production process.
9- follows-up the machines status reports (daily, monthly and break down).
very good english language and computer skills are required.
