- follow up on spare parts requests with customers and suppliers through emails and phone calls - update companys database with required reports and information gathered - handling documents organization & filing systems - handling incoming and outgoing correspondences - organizing companys meetings in/out the office - handling minutes and follows up on the action plan with all department heads - coordination between suppliers, ud staff, and customers. - typing commercial letters in english & arabic - translating commercial letters from arabic to english and vice versa

- b.sc. commerce, b.a. business administration, b.a. arts, b.a. linguistics - excellent command of english language - excellent english and arabic typing - excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge of microsoft office - good experience in translating commercial letters from arabic to english - previous experience in commercial agencies and trading offices is preferred. - high experience in office organization & filing systems - fast, self-motivated, and organized
