14. prepares reports of labor and equipment costs incurred in loading and unloading of inventory.
15. studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported no usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
16. controls the safe and receives, counts, and pays out cash.
17. prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, invoices, statements, and checks.
18. may greet and assist visitors.
19. may purchase supplies for the department.
20. report all financial records to the head office accounting manager.

basic objective: executive manager will provide leadership and direction to all the company's employees and coordinate all activities of the company in accordance with the overall goals and objectives of the organisation to guarantee the safety and growth of the organization's assets.

key responsibilities



1) business development
• develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth by developing new products to satisfy the needs of the current and future customers.
• develop the future plans for the company's products, and make sure that all the objectives for each product will be achieved successfully.
• develop the marketing strategies to increase the company's share of market.


2) management
• ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company are effectively and efficiently co-ordinated and implemented according to the framework which established by the board of managers.
• implement product management processes to ensure the time and cost efficiency.
• preparation of periodical meetings with managers to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed plans for each department.
• making sure that the managers work according to the approved plans.
• submit periodic reports of the company and present them to the direct manager.


3) legality
• make sure the safety of all the legal procedures in the company.
• follow-up reports for all the transactions with the government.
• overseeing all contracts to the company, whether with customers or vendors.
• provide the required support when needed.





4) finance
• ensuring that all financial reporting requirements are met on a timely and regular basis.
• follow the monthly reports issued by the accounting department.
