increase the company’s sales and penetration with designated and potential accounts by well promoting company profile and products, and providing excellence in service and order management in order to achieve sales target and maximize the profit margin contribution.
1- respond to client inquiries on time which involves introducing appropriate techno-crete products which meets the clients’ technical requirements and provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries.
2- facilitate, accelerate and co-ordinates with various factory units the processing of all customers’ needs to well execute their needs, in addition of pending in orders and processing of documentation plus any other special requests in order to increase customer’s satisfaction.
3- follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order on the company.
4- insure that invoices are prepared on the customer as per the terms of the order and get the same approved by the sales manager prior to issuing it to the customer
5- to be responsible for the receivables from various customers for credit supplies with the help of the accounts department giving the accounts statements at regular intervals in order to follow-up the payments & getting the l/g documents signed by the authorized signatories for l/g orders.
qualifications : civil/ architecture engineering degree with a min. of 2 yrs exp. in sales.
languages : good written and verbal english language
skills :
- familiar with spreadsheets and word processing
- expert knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, distribution
- proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers
- ability to persuade and influence others.
compensations : 2.4-3.6k basic + commision
