- the creative director is charged with determining the best ways for achieving the constant flow of work.
- lead creative sessions for the projects.
- manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- follow up the art designers, and guide them through implementing work.
- guide the deadlines of projects, as he is totally responsible for accomplishing the dates.
- coordinate with the account director in the presence of the ceo the traffic course.
- delegating out sources through all channels, ads, interviews, etc.., as the decision will be upon his responsibility.
- responsible of hiring art department members.
- monitoring photo shooting quality along with guidance. (offering advice to the photo shooting team in case needed) reporting directly to the ceo advise art department member’s evaluation report.
qualifications :
excellent using photoshop/ freehand program
gender : any
education major : art education
experience : 3 - 5 years.
other skills : highly creative knowledgeable about different design and production processes an excellent communicator team minded, working well within a pressurized, creative setting
