> Job Description:

- يقوم شاغل هذه الوظيفة تحت الإشراف المباشر من مدير المطار بالأعمال التالية:-
• متابعة ظروف عمل جيدة لمنع حدوث مشاكل .
• الاشتراك في برامج صيانة أجهزة ومعدات السلامة مع القطاع الهندسي.
• الاشتراك في تقديم تقرير لمشرف الصالة ومدير المطار عن نشاطه والمشاكل التي تقابلة من اجل حلها .
• يحافظ على مهارته ويقدم مقترحاته لتطوير أنشطة تشغيل السلامة.
• إعداد التقرير اليومي .
• الاشتراك في متابعة تجميع مهامه في عنصرين التحكم والإنذار واكتشاف الطوارئ.
• الاشتراك في متابعة إخلاء جميع مخارج الطوارئ من اى عوائق.
• الاشتراك فى متابعة وضوح طريق الوصول الى مناطق المنافع (لوحة مفاتيح الكهرباء _ حجرة المولدات).
• يدير الأنظمة الفنية فنيين مؤهلين وبتصريح من إدارة المطار ( الإضاءة_ الصوت- المعدات – الطاقة).
• متابعة عدم إستخدم او تخزن أي دهانات أو مواد لاصقة , مواد مشتعلة او مواد خطرة خارج ورش العمل.
• إعداد المعلومات الخاصة بالطوارئ شاملة أسماء وأرقام من يتصل بهم فى حالة الطوارئ.
• الاشتراك فى متابعة معلومات خاصة بالمبنى واستخدام كل من:
• معدات الطوارئ المحمولة ( طفايات الحريق- الإسعاف الأولية – الكشافات).
• معدات الطوارئ الثابتة (السلالم- المضخات- أنوار الطوارئ)0
• في حالة الحريق أو أي طوارئ لها علاقة بذلك (دخان – غازات كيميائية):
• إطلاق إنذار الحريق وبذلك يعرف امن المطار والدفاع المدني بالأمر فيرسلوا خدمات إنقاذ.
• إعلان حالة الطوارئ وارشاد الركاب وطاقم العمل للبقاء هادئتين.
• التأكد من ان العاملين أوقفوا جميع الماكينات متبعين خطة الطوارئ.
• المشاركة فى عمل نقاط خروج عن طريق مخارج الطوارئ وعدم السماح للأفراد بالخروج من المبنى منى اى طريق آخر بمفردهم.
• الاشتراك فى تقديم المساعدة لكبار السن والمعاقين أثناء الخروج من المبنى وطلب العون من الآخرين ان احتاج الأمر.
• الاشتراك فى إرشاد الركاب وطاقم العمل للتجميع فى مناطق آمنة بعيدا عن المبنى وعدم السماح لهم بالدخول ثانية لأي سبب من الأسباب.
• الاشتراك فى متابعة اتباع تعليمات الدفاع المدني وشرطة المطار .
• الاشتراك فى متابعة توفير جو الراحة للشخص المصاب وإذا أمكن تقديم الإسعافات الأولية لك .
• الاشتراك فى متابعة حالة الطوارئ التي لا تمثل خطورة على حياة الأفراد مثل انقطاع الكهرباء
• التصرف بطريقة آمنة فى حالة اكتشاف حريق بنظام الكشف الأوتوماتيكي او عن طريق اى شخص فى المبنى
• القيام بما يسند إليه من أعمال أخرى مماثله0

„x take action to prevent or avoid problems from taking place in terms of capacity, alerting
„x act calmly on situations especially in solving problems within the working environment.
„x deal on time with deteriorated situations and make proposals to solve them. he/she is a member of the crisis team when the crisis cell is activated.
