telesales executives are office-based workers who sell products and services for their employer over the phone. as well as generating as much revenue as possible, telesales executives can be expected to manage accounts and maintain client relationships, all through making and taking phone calls.
• a telesales is primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and solving their problems.
• specific duties for a telesales role include receiving incoming calls from customers, understanding their problems or requests, interpreting the available details, forwarding requests or complains to the concerned departments, keeping record of account details, processing customer requests, making follow up calls, and performing other tasks assigned by the customer service manager.
• a telesalesis primarily responsible for making outbound calls to customers and promotes our product to them.
• a telesales typically reports to a call center manager.
• a telesales position will be available in our call center.

experience : one or more years of administrative field experience in the same position
• age between 22-25
• v.good all round pc skills with knowledge of common office applications
• duties require the ability to type fastly
• good oral english required and adequate written preferred
• preferable female (not veiled).
