• conduct process optimization and improvement studies
• planning and execution of process and raw material trials
• establish robust systems for recording and analyzing operational data
• manage process chemical purchases and application
• manage boiler water quality and treatment
• manage effluent treatment systems operation and performance
• map tissue machine centerlines for all key process variables
• manage the environmental aspect of the companies operations
• manage and optimization of pulp quality and treatment
• provide timely management reports relating to chemical ,pulp and other relevant raw material consumptions
• understand and apply mathematics, science, and statistics and advanced engineering concepts and methods to problem analysis and resolution.
• communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
