the manger will be involved in both pre-production (planning) and production stages. responsibilities will include: •manage & schedule overall and daily plant operations. •manage and control milk supply throughout the year. •ensure the availability of products to satisfy sales demand. •communicate with suppliers of cip chemicals to address cleaning and sanitation issues. •conduct frequent review of formulations and processes to achieve maximum plant efficiency. •ensure production objectives are met within cost and quality standards while minimizing ingredient and product losses. •ensure that products are produced within good manufacturing practices& best in class hygiene standards.
