his main responsibility is to increase organizational capacity to attract and select top talent at all levels where it is the preferred use of manpower in the group to fill the vacancies.

his main tasks are:

1- provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan

2- perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
3- review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for work with organization based on jd’s
4- conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short listed candidate for the mgrs. round of interview.
5- making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed
6- maintains and encourages good communication within the section, and between the section and other individuals, sections and departments
7- put the standard of the jd for all post in the group
8- prepares and conducts staff performance evaluations, including communicating and discussing the results with supervises.
9- actively seeks new information and opportunities both to improve job performance and to enhance understanding of the unit and of the department as a whole
10- conduct exit interview for resigned candidates


the successful candidate should have:


qualifications : bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
hr diploma is preferable

experience:

with minimum 3-5 years of experience in this field
extensive experience in recruitment and team leading
ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures.



other skills : excellent written and verbal communication skills, english language skills, work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines, proficient with operating a personal computer and use of ms excel/word/powerpoint and other required application.
