- identification and consolidation of utility requirements. -managing of engineering interfaces, contractors and design information . -arranging the provision of appropriate temporary and/or permanent utilities to the plant to support plant operation. -supervise, manage, coordinate and control the utility requirements of all parties involved in the operation of the plant. -technical liaison with local authorities / utility supply companies to secure all necessary supplies and services. -maintain surveillance of all plant activities -ensure compliance with the technical specification and performance criteria. -follows-up with workshop repair and maintenance . -identification and management of plant risks
