it is mainly about data entry for the guide. like tv program name and time.
position is responsible for the all aspects and day-to-day maintenance of the epg. the position will:
* work closely with scheduling and programming satellite channels
* maintain relationships with epg providers
* updates epg as changes occur
* review daily online epgs to ensure accuracy
* oversee titling and descriptions of episodes
* write and edit copy
* keep up-to-date on epg/scheduling best practices
* grouping for channels.
* test channels and make sure they are working properly.
* previous marketing, television, or communications experience a big plus
* excellent oral and written communications skills required
