objective:
act as a business partner to senior management by providing guidance and direction on all human resources issues. represent all human resources discipline and perform specialized human resources activity including employment and employee relations when needed.
responsibilities:
• manage and conduct all recruiting activities for the site. develop and enjoy recruiting strategies that allow for quick and appropriate candidate identification. build college and community relations when appropriate. contract permanent and temporary agencies and negotiate fees when needed. • understand assigned business objective, identify and recommend appropriate policies and practices that also support them. • act as a consultant for managers on employee issues, including compensation, benefits and employee relations. • responsible for contents and maintenance of personnel handbook. • ensure that private and personal information is protected against unauthorized and improper use. • monitor sick leave. • responsible for the input of the employees personal data. • be the contact point for the payroll company regarding salaries and social charges. • be the contact point and advise the management about health and safety issues. • act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, clients and colleagues. workinghours: mo.- fr., 9am-6pm
